Join Dawn Stevens and Brianna Stevens every Wednesday, October 5 - November 9, for the first ever online Optimizing the DITA Authoring Experience course.

DITA offers a variety of ways to optimize your authoring experience, making it as simple as possible for your authors to create and publish content that conforms to your information model and authoring guidelines. In this workshop, you are guided through the process of customizing your authoring environment using each of the following technologies: shells, specializations, constraints, templates, subject scheme maps, and publishing scenarios. You are given specific design guidelines, along with a wealth of real-life examples to illustrate the principles. With ample time for applying what you have learned, you will leave the workshop with the necessary tools to optimize the authoring experience for your authoring team.
