Abstract:
Contemplating a move to DITA or just getting started? Join me in a discussion about our company’s migration to DITA and an in-house CMS. We’ll talk about our management and writer challenges through the process, what we’ve learned over the past ten years, and how we’d handle things differently if we had a chance to do it again. I’ll also share items that impacted budget, ROI, efficiency and effectiveness. Our goal is to arm you with knowledge of migration snares that can be avoided.
