Comeexplore their journey as they began as a vision for "operationefficiency" by migrating from Frame Maker to xml, to a vision thatoffers a "business value proposition" with topics by offering servicesto customers to create dynamic content. This presentation will providean opportunity to learn about our experiences and give you somevaluable tips on how to leverage a topic-based approach.

RajalShah is the Director of Document Engineering in the FoundationTechnologies group at Juniper Networks. FT is the corporate R&DGroup at Juniper Networks. His group is responsible for facilitatingand promoting a unified documentation and publishing approach acrossall five business groups at Juniper.
