This presentation will providean opportunity to learn about our experiences and give you somevaluable tips on how to leverage a topic-based approach.

RajalShah is the Director of Document Engineering in the FoundationTechnologies group at Juniper Networks. FT is the corporate R&DGroup at Juniper Networks. His group is responsible for facilitatingand promoting a unified documentation and publishing approach acrossall five business groups at Juniper.
