JustSystems Announces Growth of Partner Program

Astoria , IXIASOFT and Scriptorium sign on as newest certified members

PALO ALTO, California — March 26, 2007 — JustSystems, Inc., a leading global enterprise software company, today announced three important additions to its Partner Program. The 4-tier program, categorized into Strategic Partner, Premier Certified, Certified and Associate designations, was created earlier this year to reflect the company’s focus on quality partners that will add value through complementary software and services to support an end-to-end content lifecycle solution.

The newest members of the program are:

·         Astoria Software, the industry’s leading on-demand content management solution for dynamic product documentation

 ·         IXIASOFT, provider of the DITA CMS Framework, a content management solution specifically designed to manage DITA-based documentation processes, and TEXTML Server — one of the most deployed XML servers worldwide

 ·         Scriptorium, expert providers of customized publishing systems and hands-on training for publishing professionals

Astoria Software and IXIASOFT have joined as Certified Solution Partners and will develop new integrated solutions based on XMetaL Connector, the dedicated integration layer between XMetaL content creation software and third-party content repository and management systems. Scriptorium has joined as a Certified Service Partner. As members of the Partner Program, these partners receive valuable resources from JustSystems, including training, developer support and other services, to enhance performance of integrated solutions, and provide the highest level of service to clients.

“We are proud to join as a JustSystems Certified Solution Partner and view our participation as a stamp of approval and excellence for our DITA CMS Framework solution,” said Eric Bergeron, President of IXIASOFT. “We have been working with them since the beginning of DITA and already have an integrated offering available today, so joining the program simply solidifies our partnership. We are confident JustSystems will continue to deliver innovative XML authoring solutions and look forward to a long-term relationship.”

Dan Ortega, Vice President of Marketing for Astoria Software said, “Joining the JustSystems Certified Solution Partner Program supports Astoria ’s commitment to deliver solutions to our joint customers that fully leverage the power of authoring and managing content in XML. Our combined solution provides a seamless end-to-end environment for authors to create, manage, reuse and publish technical information to the DITA standard.”

JustSystems’ Solution Partners offer technology solutions complementary to, or based on, the company’s solutions — integrated to offer enterprise-wide functionality and a seamless user experience. Service Partners provide consulting, implementation, integration, and customization services to help clients maximize their return on investment in content and data solutions.

“We hold our partners to the highest standards of excellence in technology and service capabilities,” said Michelle De Hertogh, VP Business Development, JustSystems Inc. “The combined expertise gained through these key partnerships will help provide customers with a breadth of solutions for managing the entire content lifecycle, from creation, localization, and publishing, to content management. Astoria , IXIASOFT and Scriptorium are recognized leaders in their respective industries, and we are proud to have them as part of the JustSystems Partner Program.”
