Aix-en-Provence, France, May 23 2013- Componize Software and Flatirons Solutions launch their partnership with an initial joint project for a worldwide leader in financial printing.

The project relies on Componize for Alfresco, a leading DITA CMS, providing a robust cloud-based content management solution for financial services organizations.

The solution allows customers to create, manage and distribute time-sensitive financial materials and handle stock exchange filings in an efficient and cost-effective manner. 

Flatirons Solutions was responsible for the project’s overall system integration, bringing together a native Javascript XML editor, the Alfresco ECM, Componize and SDL XPP for high fidelity PDF and EDGAR composition. 

EDGAR, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system, performs automated collection, validation, indexing, acceptance, and forwarding of submissions by companies and others who are required by law to file forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
