Guidelines for contributing content

XML.org is a community-driven site and encourages content contributions from readers. A one-time registration is necessary before adding content.

  • Knowledge base pages are created and maintained by the DITA XML.org Editorial Board. Suggestions for editing these pages should be made using the add new comment link at the bottom of each Knowledge base page. The Editorial Board will periodically review these comments and incorporate them into the main text as appropriate.
  • DITA Today pages feature specialized forms to enable easy and consistent postings of news releases, announcements, events, products, services, and other resources. A link to the appropriate form is provided at the top of each page.
  • Wiki pages may be edited and new pages added using a wiki interface.

Please review the XML.org Editorial Guidelines and the the Style Guide for XML.org online communities before contributing content to any page.
