Shalani Komarla is a senior product developer and Scrum Master at BMC Software, working on the development and implementation of a XML-based content management solution. She is leading the conversion of product messages to DITA and recently shared her experiences in implementing DITA at the Center for Information Development Content Management Strategies/DITA conference. She'll talk with us at the May meeting about the following items:
