DITA user groups and special interest groups are encouraged to host their web pages on DITA XML.org. Use this site to organize and encourage participation, post your charter, create information pages on your activities, promote upcoming meetings, upload files, and collaborate on documents.

To create one or more pages for your DITA user group on DITA XML.org, log in, then:

  • Select the 'Edit' tab on the User Groups main page.
  • In the 'Body' field, insert the name of your group surrounded by double brackets; place it in alphabetical order under "Regional DITA user groups" or "Virtual DITA user groups".
  • Select the 'Submit' button. Your new link will now appear in red.
  • Click on the red link and create the homepage for your group.
