Kristen James Eberlein is an information architect and an individual member of OASIS and the DITA Technical Committee. Her interests include DITA training and best practices, build automation, and strategies for helping writers make the transition from book to topic-based writing. She has presented at several conferences on such topics as DITA short descriptions, IBM Task Modeler, and prototyping online information.
JoAnn Hackos is co-chair of the OASIS DITA Adoption Committee and founding member of the OASIS DITA Technical Committee. She is president of Comtech Services, Inc. and executive director of The Center for Information-Development Management.
