The JoAnn Hackos Workshop Series announces the "XML for Writers" workshop in San Diego, CA September 13-14, 2006, taught by Kylene Bruski. "XML for Writers" is a two-day workshop specifically designed to help you understand the basic concepts of developing an Information Model, authoring in XML using the DITA and topic-based methodology and how it all fits within a reuse and single-sourcing strategy. This interactive workshop focuses on topic-based writing and how these modules of information can be published and presented to end users.
