Position Summary:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Manage publishing of instructional content in products, on the web, and in print. Manage development of cutting-edge publishing tools and systems to enable single-sourcing and high-quality output worldwide. Manage ongoing publishing operation, including in-house and outsourced tools and technology, program management, QA, and production.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Knowledge & Skills:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

10+ years in high-tech, including 5+ years managing production, program management, or web operations in a publishing environment. Expertise with content management, localization, XML, and other publishing technologies required. Proven ability to manage high-volume operations on time and within budget. Experience sourcing and managing vendors. Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
