I have experience with both Quickr and DITA but not with the combination. Quickr supports the import of an single html file, so publishing one single topic shouldn't be a problem. Bu as far as i know, there is no support for importing a bunch of html files with internal linking. And then Quickr has its own toc and css. Maybe it's possible to do it with Quickr customization.
