Plans for DITA Open Toolkit version 1.5

We currently anticipate that DITA-OT 1.5 will contain support for the DITA 1.2 specification. Development of 1.5 will be broken up into a series of iterations, with one or more DITA 1.2 item completed in each iteration. We will create a plan document for each iteration as it begins.
