Hi, Your integrator.xml has been corrupted somehow, those are not the targets that should be in there. Try to redownload OT and install your custom plug-ins

We use type="warning|note|caution|danger" for the formatting of the note. Then we use othertype="bio|elec|toxic|etc" for the icon.
