After completing a successful pilot project using DITA and a CMS, Teradata's Information Engineering group is partnering with Teradata Customer Services to share and reuse tech pubs content for creating custom system change documents for field engineers. Challenges in this project include:

Learn what team members should know and who to identify to take on the tasks related to taxonomy definitions. Between 2005-2007 I wrote a "touching DITA" series of introductory articles about aspects of DITA use for the ISTC Communicator magazine.  I attach the articles here in case they are of value to anyone in the DITA community.
