Hello,

I have a question regarding rendering PDF from DITA using the DITA OT.

DITA does not appear to have anything that supports page breaks which is what I need to generate.

More specifically, I’ve got a figure (and figure title) that I’d like to display at the top of the next page. I’m not identifying an attribute that forces the figure (and the title) to appear on the next page. How is this handled in DITA?

You can achieve the normal appearance with an sl, but that's a flagrant misrepresentation of the content.

Any thoughts or suggestion? I'm using XML Mind 4.5.0 and its nifty XHTML output, but I'd have the question whatever tool I was using.

I'm trying to get to grips with ditaval and props as a means of handling conditions, and already have a couple of questions.

1. Does the example here show correct use of the props attribute for later conditional processing with a ditaval file?
