DITA Users now offers four membership packages

Since April 2007, the DITA Users international membership organization has provided basic online DITA editing and a personal workspace folder for free to hundreds of tech writers (now over 660) around the world getting started with DITA.

DITA Users is NOT a social network (although you can locate other members easily with our private members directory), it is a productivity tool. It is also not a production environment, it is a learning tool.

DITA-OT 1.4 Release

DITA Open Toolkit version 1.4

DITA-OT 1.4 was released August 12, 2007. It is a major release which includes full support for the OASIS DITA 1.1 standard.

DITA-OT 1.4.1 Release

DITA Open Toolkit version 1.4.1

DITA-OT 1.4.1 was released November 28, 2007. Version 1.4.1 is a maintenance release which includes primarily bug fixes, along with a few small patches and enhancements.

The Lone-DITA Tutorial is back online at DITA Users.

The Lone-DITA.com website is down temporarily as the Lone-DITA team prepares to move it to servers at DITA Users. In the meantime, the popular tutorial PDF with supporting files in a zipped folder can now be downloaded from DITA Users.
