XML-INTL’s translation tool XTM Suite has been selected by processor design company Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) for integration with their DITA-based content management system. This is a strategic technology choice, as AMD seeks to reduce their global localization costs by using XTM Suite. By selecting XTM, AMD will benefit from a fully integrated translation management suite which will enhance their control over the localization process.

Conref pushDITA 1.2 introduces the conref push feature, which enables users to insert or replace content in DITA topics and maps. This is accomplished by the introduction of a new @conaction attribute with four values: pushreplace, pushbefore, pushafter, and mark.
