As part of a worldwide team we are looking for an experienced support specialist who understands IBM support processes, tools, metrics and systems with sufficient depth to teach others. The position will give someone who has strong technical skills exposure to multiple parts of the IBM business. The right candidate will show the leadership needed to be able to participate, and represent support, in specifications, reviews of future product and features. This person will have a demonstrated ability to understand problems from the customers perspective and the impact on their business. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or comparable field of study or equivalent. Java Programming, Web Services, XML, XSLT, XSLTC, JAXP, SOAP, XML Transformations, signing, encryption, WebSphere Application Server, Network Problem Determination, and strong communication skills are all essential.
