OASIS members are asked to review and comment on a draft charter to establish the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) Adoption Committee. The group intends to raise awareness of the benefits offered by DITA, increase the demand for, and availability of, DITA-conforming products and services, and expand the DITA community of users, suppliers, and consultants. Proposers include representatives of OASIS Foundational Sponsor, IBM, and Sponsor members, Comtech Services, Oracle, and others. JoAnn Hackos, Ph.D., of Comtech serves as the convenor.
