Comet Computer GmbH presentation: "DITA and Authoring Software"

At their well-attended presentation at the DITA Europe Conference 2009, Professor Sissi Closs and Robert Hinesley of Comet Computer GmbH demonstrated how different authoring tools can support DITA today.

They compared the use of DITA in Author-it, Flare and FrameMaker (in combination with RoboHelp). The advantages and stumbling blocks of the individual tools within DITA were explained using examples, and solutions for a smooth implementation were demonstrated.

Afterwards, the experts participated in a lively debate about the use of DITA in projects.
