DITAworks development team is now actively working on release of first version of DITA Visual Specialization Manager (DVSM) that allows management of DITA Specializations in visual and easy way (for more details see: http://www.ditaworks.com/modeling/).

Comet Computer GmbH presentation: "DITA and Authoring Software"
They compared the use of DITA in Author-it, Flare and FrameMaker (in combination with RoboHelp). The advantages and stumbling blocks of the individual tools within DITA were explained using examples, and solutions for a smooth implementation were demonstrated.
Afterwards, the experts participated in a lively debate about the use of DITA in projects.
